Kliks set out to build a genuinely new kind of mileage tracking app, one that captures user profiles, licenses, and registration details while recording trips seamlessly, online or off.
The app needed to scale to a large user base without ever letting battery life get in the way of a driver’s day, so every design decision weighed performance against real-world usability.

The Solution
Zimozi designed and built a world-class mileage tracking app across iOS, Android, and Web.
React powers a dynamic, responsive frontend across devices and screen sizes, while Python handles the backend, chosen for its versatility and compatibility with AI frameworks for complex data handling.
An OpenAI Assistant integration makes the platform genuinely interactive, and MongoDB gives the flexibility and scale needed for the complex queries a mileage app generates. The whole system runs on AWS for reliable, secure hosting.
Google Maps API adds location-based services throughout, Stripe handles payments securely, and Firebase analytics captures user behaviour to guide improvements. OneSignal keeps users informed with timely push notifications.
