The aim of this project is to design a World-class online presence for ResoX. To achieve this, we started from the ground up with research and a comprehensive web development process rooted in data.This process also included a complete SEO migration and Google Analytics migration for the new web platform.
The Background
ResoX is founded by 2 experienced Singapore mediators, Ms. Linda Heng and Mr. Colin Millward. Our clients with many years of experience have the privilege to work with intelligent, kind, and passionate lawyers, mediators, arbitrators, and conflict coaches, who are skilled in amicable dispute resolution. They both hope to connect disputants with professionals who will guide them toward cost-effective resolutions. They approached us to light up the internet presence for ResoX.

The Challenges
Our client approached other firms to design MVP for ResoX. With Unrealistic or unarticulated project goals and a lack of experience, the team failed to complete Phase 1 within the time schedule. Zimozi took this as a challenge and with our industry experts and experience, we made it possible and phase 1 of the ResoX web platform was delivered within the timeline. ResoX couldn’t just be a website. Calibration is needed to set them apart from all their competitors. The web platform should reflect the value of our clients’ high-end services, and as such, it should offer them more in terms of lead generation or new business.
